Dining Room

Many areas in Dominica provide wonderful organic produce. A “garden” to Dominicans is a place where food, rather than flowers, are grown.

We create simple meals using the freshest food. Fish from the neighbouring fishing village of Fond St. Jean, island raised chicken, locally grown vegetables, herbs and fruits, as well as imported foods are combined for a universal appeal.

Breakfast - from continental to full breakfast, plus a daily bounty of fresh, local fruit.

Lunch – we can furnish a packed hiking lunch. Please order the night before.

Lobster Passion Fruit Ceviche

Dinner – we are dedicated to dinner. Each night we serve a 4 course locally inspired meal, sourcing the finest ingedients Dominica has to offer. We ask you to let us know by noon if you will be joining us for dinner at 7:00 pm.

Tiny Bar – order a cocktail and see the sun set behind a different point of the mountains each evening. Experience our house rum punches, Mojitos using fresh mint from our garden, Daquiris, margaritas, great martinis, wine, beer and fresh fruit juices.
