Zandoli (the name for a small indigenous lizard) is a boutique hotel located at Stowe, near the fishing village of Fond St. Jean on the southeast coast of Dominica. Over scenic mountain roads past growing areas and through small villages the 13 mile, half hour drive from Roseau is considered by many to be one of the more beautiful in Dominica.
Known as the Nature Island it is obvious why we say nature rules Dominica. It's the most mountainous and rugged island of the Lesser Antilles chain. Situated mid way between the French islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique, Dominica (pronounced "Dom-eh-knee-ka") is not to be confused with the Dominican Republic!
